ADK Jain Eye Hospital is a tertiary eye care institution with a mission to make a real impact on the eradication of reversible blindness.
Our vision is to be one of the premier eye care institutions in North India, offering compassionate and professional eye care services to all, regardless of their background.
We have been providing community eye care service in Baghpat and Shamli districts of Uttar Pradesh, the most populous state of India, over the past 20 years. Establishment of the ADK Jain Eye Hospital is the continuation of that work at scale to serve the communities and make an impact.

Our Inspiration
Our Story
The hospital is named in honour of Shri Aridaman Kumar Jain who envisioned a world where quality eye care was accessible to all, irrespective of their socio-economic background. Born in 1924 at Khekra where he had his initial schooling, he studied at Baraut and moved to join Allahabad University where he jumped into the 1942 Quit India movement that shaped his world view.
He believed in the transformative power of selfless service, and emphasised education as a catalyst for transformation. He instilled in us the value of treating the world as a family. His legacy lives on through the ADK Jain Memorial Trust, which was founded after his passing in 1995. In 1996, his house in Delhi turned into a centre for charitable eye care, and our journey of service began. Progressing from free eye camps to in-house eye camp surgeries to school eye screening to vision centres, we expanded our reach and resolve.

Inaugurated on 24 November 2019, ADK Jain Eye Hospital today stands on the doorsteps of the underserved as a beacon of hope and excellence in eye care. The journey inspired by Shri ADK Jain goes on, touching and transforming lives, just as he would have wished.

Sustainability
